Makinex to distribute HG in North America

Makinex, an Australia-headquartered OEM, is to exclusively distribute mini dumpers from Danish manufacturer HG in North America.
The announcement follows a similar deal between the two companies for Australia and will see Makinex distribute five machines from the HG mini dumper range, including its new 2 tonne electric unit the HG E2000.
Other machines available through Makinex North America include the HG E1000 and HG H1000 High Tip.
Speaking to IRN on the Makinex stand at the ARA Show, where the partnership was officially launched, the companies said the deal marks a significant development in its relationship and reflects the mutual goal to improve efficiency on the job site.
Taking to LinkedIn, Joe Pierce, Makinex president for North America, said the companies share the “same passion for bringing solutions to contractors that make their work days safer and more efficient.”
He also revealed that the initial inventory load has started, and will be stored at its US headquarters in Mansfield, which will distribute across North America.
