Aggreko has launched Greener Power Packages, a new initiative aimed at simplifying clean energy solutions for customers.

The packages, which have been designed to work with Aggreko’s Greener Upgrades, combine the company’s temporary power technologies and services, providing customised solutions for improved operational efficiency and performance.

Greener Power Packages are available in three collections: “Great” for off-grid power needs, including Tier 4 Final diesel generators; “Greater” combining generators with battery energy storage systems (BESS); and “Greatest,” which includes generators, battery storage and alternative fuels like Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO).

For grid power requirements, the “Greatest” package offers a tailored electrical distribution system.

Aggreko’s Greener Power Packages feature low-emission, low-noise solutions, with generators ranging from 25kW to 1200kW.

According to Aggreko, the systems meet stringent EPA standards, achieving a 98% reduction in particulate emissions and a 96% reduction in NOx emissions compared to traditional generators.

Customers can expand the packages with battery energy storage systems and alternative fuels for enhanced efficiency, cost savings, emissions reduction, and reliability.

Aggreko’s load-on-demand approach replaces continuous generators with smaller ones that adjust output based on demand, resulting in cost savings and reduced emissions.

The packages also include Remote Monitoring Services (ARM) for real-time data transmission and issue resolution. In case of critical performance alarms, Aggreko’s 24/7 Remote Operations Center notifies customers and deploys technical specialists for remote issue resolution.

An all-inclusive fuel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) management service is also said to further reduce downtime risks.

Stephen Saal, vice president of sales & marketing at Aggreko North America said, “The launch of our Greener Power Packages reflects our commitment to innovation by providing our customers with more efficient, cost-effective, and low-emissions power.

“We look forward to continuing to serve as an attentive partner for our customers, and to providing tailor-made solutions with the latest technologies to help drive optimal results and meet their clean energy goals.”
