Cascade expands HQ, adds UK/Ireland distribution

Engine distribution company Cascade Engine Center LLC has recently expanded its Seattle, Wash. headquarters. It also announced the launch of a John Deere Marine Distribution center in the UK to distribute to and support the UK and Ireland markets.

Cascade’s Seattle headquarters – which is strategically located for easy access to major freeways, the airport and local ports – is now fully operational following significant renovations. The 5-acre campus includes over 94,000 sq. ft. of space, 13,000 sq. ft. of office space and a fully equipped training center. The upgraded building allows for enhanced capacity with improved efficiency in all aspects of packaging and distribution, the company said.

Cascade is also expanding internationally with the opening of Cascade Engine Centre Ltd., a John Deere Marine Distribution Center. The new company in Warwickshire County in the UK will service customers in the UK and Ireland, further broadening Cascade’s global footprint in the marine industry, the company said.

“Cascade Engine Centre Ltd.’s expansion represents a significant investment into the UK and Ireland markets. The Warwickshire County/Kineton location will serve as a dedicated hub for John Deere Marine diesel engine distribution,” the company stated. “Through this strategic partnership with John Deere Power Systems in Saran, France, Cascade will significantly improve the availability of John Deere Marine diesel engines, parts and service for these territories.”
