Cat Officer Retirement; Consolidation of Functions

Caterpillar Inc. announced that Frank Crespo, Caterpillar vice president of the Global Supply Network Division (GSND), has elected to retire. In connection with this retirement, the GSND organization will be consolidated into existing divisions within the company. Crespo joined Caterpillar in 2010. Hs retirement is effective February 1, 2018.
Prior to joining Caterpillar, Crespo was vice president and chief procurement officer with Honeywell International Inc. At Honeywell, he had responsibility for setting strategic direction, developing and managing the supplier base and driving supplier alliance relationships.
