Dukosi demos DK-NFLINK wireless battery pack comms system
14 October 2026
Dukosi, a battery tech company which has its headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland, has demonstrated its DK-NFLINK communications solution at The Battery Show North America in Detroit, Michigan.
The DK-NFLINK is a contactless system which allows separate components within a battery pack to communicate without hard wiring. This is achieved without any changes to the standard battery architecture.

The demonstration used a 12-cell module and two DK-NFLINK Node EVK boards representing two additional modules. The system was supported by the Dukosi GUI, a visual representation of how the new module-level comms systems works.
Dukosi said that the system is suitable for battery packs used in vehicles, machines and BESS applications.
The Scottish company also showed its battery passport proof-of-concept demonstrator. Designed in collaboration with STMicroelectronics, this is a cell-to-cloud data management system using DKCMS and STSAFE-A, a turnkey data management solution that delivers battery pack authentication using data encryption.
