EC&S Now CentroMotion

Engineered Components & Systems (EC&S), Milwaukee, Wis., previously a division of Actuant Corp. and recently acquired by an affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC announced it has changed its name to CentroMotion.
CentroMotion is a provider of actuation and motion control [systems/solutions] encompassing six brands: CrossControl, Elliott, Gits, maximatecc, Power-Packer and Weasler Engineering. The company will retain its headquarters in Milwaukee and continue to be led by Roger Roundhouse, who has been named CEO.
