Ego Commercial, part of power tool and outdoor power equipment (OPE) provider Chervon, is showcasing its latest OPE solutions at Equip Exposition, taking place this week in Louisville, Ky. This includes the debut of a full lineup of eight zero-turn (ZTR) riding mowers equipped with Ego removable high-capacity batteries.

The Commercial Sit-Down and the Commercial Stand-On ZTRs are available in 48-, 54- and 60-in. deck options and feature I-beam frame construction and a 9-gauge fabricated deck. Four 2.2-kWh high-capacity battery ports support up to 15.6 kWh, delivering 44-hp gas-equivalent power and mowing speeds up to 12 mph. The mowers offer two to four+ hours of runtime on a single charge; runtime can also be customized using additional batteries.

The Commercial Compact Stand-On ZTR is available with 32- and 36-in. decks and delivers up to 26-hp gas-equivalent power with mowing speeds up to 9 mph. It has three battery ports and delivers three+ hours of runtime on a single charge.

The full-size ZTRs feature an onboard 700-watt DC-to-DC fast charger, allowing crews to charge the Ego Power+ batteries for handheld equipment directly from the mower while in the field, without returning to a trailer or shop.

All models connect with the Ego Commercial Fleet App for greater visibility into the status, location and usage of equipment.

The Commercial Sit-Down ZTR is currently available, while the Commercial Stand-On and Compact Stand-On ZTRs are expected to launch mid-year 2027.

Also highlighted at Equip Expo is the PGX Charging system, which allows landscaping businesses to configure charging solutions at their facilities or in their trailers based on the size and energy demands of their fleets with flexibility to expand as needs grow. A new 3200W PGX Hub, scheduled to be available in the first half of 2027, joins the existing 1600W Hub as an option for higher-demand charging needs.

The 3200W PGX Hub delivers up to 30 kWh of charging capacity utilizing a 220-volt, 20-amp circuit. It also features a dedicated connection for Ego Commercial ZTRs, reducing full charging time from 6.5 hours with the existing 1600W Hub to approximately 3.2 hours.

Other new additions on display include the 22-in. Composite Armor deck mower with Peak Power (190cc gas-equivalent); the commercial 780-cfm blower delivering air speeds up to 190 mph and 27 N of push force; and the 16.5-in. front-motor string trimmer with 28cc gas-equivalent power.
