EIMA 2024: TAFE shortlisted for Tractor of the Year (Utility) award

TAFE Tractors, the India-based agricultural machine manufacturer, has reported that its TAFE 7515 CAB equipped with TAFE Terra has been put forward as a finalist for Tractor of the Year, Utility.
The TAFE Terra system is described as an integrated smart agriculture ecosystem for precision farming solutions. Key features include a GPS-based auto steering system, telematics gateway, plus farm management systems intended to support enhanced efficiency and farm productivity.
Additionally, the TAFE Terra system is fully scalable, allowing it to deliver options based on specific application need.
Further to the this, TAFE has presented its new Lightweight tractor range at EIMA. Available with power solutions delivering between 45 and 65 hp, these versatile machines can be used in agricultural and industrial settings.
The models feature a lightweight construction which is suitable for applications which require minimal soil compaction, such as tilling, planting and harvesting. The TAFE 6055 (55 hp) is on display at the trade show.
Lastly, TAFE has also shown its EV28, part of the company’s ‘Born Electric’ program (opening photo). Key features include a rapid recharging system which uses the European Combined Charging System (CCS2).
