“I am excited for my changing role at Hotstart,” Abbott said. “24 years as a design engineer has exposed me to many different aspects of our business. My recent lead engineering roles have prepared me well to lead the quality group. There is much to learn from the QA team as each of their responsibilities touch a wide range of internal and external customers as well as suppliers. Exciting times are ahead, and I look forward to Hotstart’s growth with existing and new products and markets while keeping our quality and culture at a high level.”
