Bonfiglioli has introduced the 606WT wheel drive with an integrated axial piston designed for agricultural equipment. Part of the company’s 600WT series, the new drive develops output torques up to 12,530 lb. ft. (17,000 Nm).
The integrated Th68 axial piston motor has a displacement of 66 cc/rev and is capable of zero displacement, the company said. It is designed for a continuous pressure of 6500 psi (450 bar) and a maximum volumetric flow rate of 42 gpm (160 L/min). The 606WT drive units include a two-position hydraulic displacement control or continuously variable, electro-proportional displacement control and built-in speed sensor. Mechanical gear disengagement, integrated parking brake, spring-actuated hydraulically released or dynamic breaks are available as options.
Bonfiglioli said it is also developing two other wheel types for the 600WT Series — the 605XT with displacement from 45 to 68 cc/rev and the smallest 605WT with displacement of 45 cc/rev.
