EIP to offer full range of JCB engines

JCB Power Systems has appointed a new dealer to sell and support its OEM engines in Australia.

EIP Diesel - a New South Wales-based specialist in power solutions for construction, agriculture and marine applications - will now offer the full range of JCB Power Systems engines across all relevant emissions legislation and covering both mobile and IPU applications. EIP Diesel will also provide additional engineering assistance to OEM customers in the region.

JCB Power Systems has appointed EIP as a new distributor in Australia

The new JCB Power Systems dealer is well established across all major sectors in the Australian off-highway industrial market, said JCB. It has 20 years’ experience in selling, installing and servicing smaller power generation sets from a number of suppliers as well as designing and building its own bespoke products. It added.

JCB Power Systems Engine Sales and Business Development manager, Nick Grez, said:“EIP will be a powerful strategic partner for us with the ability to bring new opportunities in the Australian market. The JCB Power Systems range will integrate well into the EIP Diesel portfolio.

“They specialise in OEM engines and provide full coverage across a region we didn’t previously have a presence. The partnership is a perfect fit.”

EIP Diesel director, Doug St George said:“JCB is a globally recognised brand that has good visibility throughout the Australian region through JCB equipment sales. It is a premium engine product line which fits well with EIP Diesel’s ethos and market position.”

“The JCB engine range has great potential to make a huge impact for us as our diesel customers start to make the transition from non-tiered mechanical engines in increasing numbers.”
