Manitou North America Builds Senior Leadership Team

Manitou North America has rounded out its senior leadership team through the addition of three team members for its Manitou, Gehl and Mustang by Manitou brands. Myron Birschbach was announced as the new vice president of service and aftermarket; Scott McGuigan, eastern region vice president for Manitou North America sales; and Jill Pintor, business coordinator for Manitou North America.

Myron, Scott and Jill bring with them a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm, and we are confident in their ability to add value to our team.”

Birschbach joins Manitou North America with sales and service management experience in the equipment and commercial vehicle industry. He will drive the customer experience for all service and support functions. In his most recent position as vice president and general manager of aftermarket parts and service at Schwing America, Birschbach grew market share by implementing strategies to enhance processes and improve customer support. He also spent 17 years at Inland Power Group as senior vicepresident of aftermarket sales.

McGuigan brings nearly 25 years of management and sales experience in the construction industry to the role. In this position, he will be responsible for leading sales strategies and customer support in the eastern region of the United States and Canada. Most recently, McGuigan was vice president of operations and sales for Dobbs Equipment. He also held executive management roles at Nortrax Inc., NPK Construction Equipment, Briggs Construction Equipment and Hertz Equipment Rental.

As business coordinator for Manitou North America, Pintor will drive the internal coordination of projects, supporting customer initiatives and insuring consistent performance and progress. She joins the company with more than a decade of experience in international and domestic inside sales and operations. She was inside sales manager for Prime Carbon LLC. Prior experience also includes roles in inside sales, account management and operations for Bradley Corp., Larpen Metallurgical Service and Kohler Co.
