Because of a truck drivers’ strike in Brazil which is blocking the main Brazilian highways, Messe Muenchen do Brasil and Messe München GmbH, together with the Brazilian Association of Technology for Construction and Mining (Sobratema) and with the support of the majority of the machinery manufacturers, decided to honor the request exhibitors and postpone M&T Expo 2018 – 10th International Construction and Mining Equipment Trade Fair.  M&T Expo was scheduled for June 5 – 8 – at the São Paulo Expo Centre.

Calling it a “a serious situation and crisis,” the organizers said this decision, of force majeure, aims to ensure the safety of all exhibitors, suppliers, service providers and visitors to the trade fair as well as the maintenance of the assets and economic interests of all those involved with the event.

The new date of M&T Expo will be announced soon, the organizers said.
