New leaders for Custom Products of Litchfield

Scott Maki to retire from cab manufacturer

Custom Products of Litchfield Inc., a manufacturer of custom operator cabs and ROPS based in Litchfield, Minn., has announced a new leadership structure that it said positions it for continued innovation and growth. Vice President of Operations Dan Amundson and Vice President of Engineering Jeff Iverson will jointly assume leadership responsibilities following the retirement of President Scott Maki.

Amundson and Iverson bring a combined wealth of experience and a deep understanding of Custom Products’ operations, engineering excellence, and customer-focused culture. Their collaborative leadership approach is expected to build on the company’s strong foundation and accelerate its strategic initiatives in design innovation, manufacturing capabilities, and market expansion.

Maki, who has served as president for the past 12 years, retired on May 31. Under his leadership, Custom Products achieved two of its highest revenue years, improved profitability, expanded cab design capabilities, and strengthened its manufacturing expertise.

“It has been a pleasure working at Custom Products for the last 12 years. During that time, I was able to develop many long-lasting relationships with the CP team and their excellent group of customers. As the president, the greatest accomplishment you can have is to develop a leadership team that is both capable and ready to take over. I can say with confidence that is the case with CP. I wish the company, customers and people all the best in the years to come,” said Maki.

With this transition, Custom Products said it reaffirms its commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to its customers and continuing its legacy of excellence in the cab manufacturing industry.
