Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) will present two new battery-electric commercial vehicles and a new electric three-wheeler at the Bharat Mobility Show 2025, to be held in New Delhi from 17-22 January.

Featured at the show will be the M1KA 1.0 and M1KA 3.0 CVs and the Rage+ Frost three-wheeler.

Available with a drop side pickup or box body, the M1KA 3.0 uses a 96.7 kWh battery pack (LiFeP04) which returns a range of about 180 km. The permanent synchronous magnet motor produces 130 kW and 415 Nm of torque. Curb weight is 3,055 kg (6,735 lb) and GVW is 5,500 kg (12,125 lb).

The electric trucks are described as delivering a ‘heavy payload’ advantage, while offering affordability and emissions-free function. Both models offer recharging using the CCS2 connection type, or the option to swap battery packs.

As the name suggests, the Rage+ Frost three wheeler is a battery-powered model featuring a refrigerated box to support cold-chain transport of perishable goods. This is of particular importance in India when completing last-mile deliveries.

Other features of the vehicles include performance and charge level monitoring, together with onboard route mapping.

OSM is also looking to create partnerships needed to create fast-charging networks. As with other global regions, the lack of charging infrastructure is directly impacting the uptake of EVs.

With the theme ‘Co-Creating Future Automotive Value Chain’, the Bharat Mobility Show is organised by India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The event features both national and international exhibitors.

The show has a wide coverage remit, featuring passenger and commercial vehicles, through to off-highway machines and mass transit vehicles, plus a series of Tier suppliers.
