The enclosed vans are designed to keep fluids warm in cooler temperatures, minimizing oil viscosity. They also function as a dry storage space, with Ranger Design shelving and easy access to cargo via the van’s side door.

Built on a Ford T250 Transit van frame, the LV230 has a GVWR of 9,150 lb., 303 cu. ft. (8.58 m3) of storage space and capacity for 60 gal. (227.13 L) of fresh oil and 50 gal. (189.27 L) of used oil. The LV430 is built on a Ford T350 Transit van frame, has 349 cu. ft. (9.88 m3) of storage and capacity for 90 gal. (340.68 L) of fresh oil, 30 gal. (113.56 L) of new coolant and 60 gal. (227.13 L) of used oil.

The vans come with Sage Oil Vac’s pump-free technology to transfer maintenance fluids to and from equipment. They also come standard with a Filter Stinger for cleaner filter removal from equipment and a leakproof Used Filter Receptacle to catch used oil that may drain from discarded filters.

Both models also include a Vanair EPEQ AIR20 compressor, individual control panels for ease of use, continuous LED fluid level monitors and a bulk fill station for fast oil fill.
