Schneidewind, Casale Promoted At HydraForce

HydraForce, the global specialist in the design and manufacture of hydraulic cartridge valves, custom manifolds and electrohydraulic controls for mobile equipment, announced a pair of promotions at its Lincolnshire, Ill., headquarters.
Russ Schneidewind (top) has been named vice president of Worldwide Sales and Marketing, succeeding Tony Casale, who was named to the new position of executive vice president of Business Development. The company said the moves are part of an initiative to focus on long-term development of business and new electrohydraulic technology at a global level.
In his new role, Schneidewind will oversee OEM and distributor sales and applications engineering for HydraForce cartridge valves, manifolds and electronic products in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, as well as global marketing and communication efforts. He reports to Casale.
Schneidewind joined HydraForce in 1996, as a sales engineer serving original equipment manufacturing customers in North America and has served in a number of roles at the company, most recently, sales manager for Asia/Pacific.
Casale, joined HydraForce in 1987, will lead the company’s efforts to develop new business opportunities, encompassing the functions of strategic planning, worldwide technology including product engineering for both hydraulics and electronics, and worldwide sales and marketing.
