Siemens, Presenso Partner On AI For Asset Maintenance
20 May 2019

Siemens has selected Presenso as its strategic partner in artificial intelligence and machine learning for predictive asset maintenance. Presenso will support Siemens’ Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services with its real-time industrial analytics solution integrated into the Siemens Remote Diagnostic Services portfolio of tools.
Presenso’s machine learning-based solution will be applied to data generated from Siemens’ machines and newly deployed Smart Field Sensors. Presenso said it applies automated machine learning, or AutoML, to big data in order to detect subtle abnormal behavior patterns, indicative of evolving asset failure.
“I’m delighted to see how the combination of Siemens’ next generation sensors and Presenso’s advanced automated machine learning technology will provide great benefits to our customers,” said Thorbjörn Fors, CEO of Gas and Power Service Distributed Generation and Oil & Gas.
The two companies said they are currently deploying the solution in large scale in power plants and oil and gas facilities around the world. Together they are aiming to achieve a holistic approach for the overall plant.
“We are excited to partner with a world-class industry leader such as Siemens and to collaborate towards a joint digital vision for the Distributed Generation and Oil & Gas industry,” said Eitan Vesely, Presenso CEO.
Presenso, which is based in Israel, provides AI-driven industrial analytics tools for predictive maintenance using data science innovations such as Automated Machine Learning (AutoML). These tools are accessible to maintenance and reliability professionals without the need to hire Big Data experts. Presenso solution is available today for both OEM’s which are now developing their Industry 4.0 offerings and to end users operating their own equipment.
