New sales staff added as well

Sloan Lubrication Systems has created a new Business Development manager position and added sales staff.

Silvia van Lieshout, who has nearly 20 years of experience in customer service and business development, was named Business Development manager. Before coming to Sloan, she most recently served as director of federal sales for a technology company. In addition to her expertise in these critical fields, she also excels in communication and has a strong technical background in CRM, the company said.

As Business Development manager, she will be the central hub of the sales and customer service department, making certain that the company continues to improve the excellent service customers have come to expect. Her extensive work experience and international travel background also makes her a great fit to manage all of Sloan’s international customers.

In addition to this new business development position, Sloan added two members to its sales department. William Kulczycki (Bill) is taking over the company’s Eastern Territory, and Tim Venable will oversee the Western Region, both as account representatives.

Both men have extensive experience in sales and are experts at managing customer accounts, the company said.

Sloan Lubrication Systems was founded in 1922 and remains a family-run business. The company offers lubrication solutions for reciprocating and rotary equipment.
