Technical Services (UK) Ltd., a provider of thermal management and airflow solutions, has introduced high-voltage thermal management systems for electric, hybrid or fuel cell vehicles at Bauma 2022 in Munich, Germany. The thermal management systems are available as “off-the-shelf” kits or can be designed to meet individual specifications to complete air side and coolant side demands using high-voltage cooling components.

Kits are typically made up of either high- or low-voltage products in the cooling loop, pump(s), heat exchanger(s), fan(s) and connecting parts to provide a complete solution to the OEM. Technical Services uses its in-house capabilities and testing facilities to build each kit to reach optimum flow, pressure and heat rejection from the cooling system. Each system is validated to provide maximum efficiency, durability and performance, the company said.
