Filtration tech specialist UFI Filters has reported introducing 78 new aftermarket filtration products for heavy-duty vehicles over 2024.

Of those launches, 67 were for the off-road sector, while 11 were intended for the truck and bus markets. They include five new oil filters, eight fuel filters, seven air filters, six cabin filters (off-road), 51 hydraulic circuit filters and one water filter (trucks).

The additions have brought UFI’s total range for the heavy-duty on- and off-highway aftermarket sector to more than 1400 part numbers.

UFI puts forward that it now supplies filters for 50% of global heavy goods vehicle production, with those technologies shared across the company’s aftermarket catalogue.

Recent moves in the heavy-duty original equipment market includes a new filtration module for the Cursor XC13 engine from FPT Industrial. UFI has also developed the oil filter for one of the most frequently used heavy-duty truck engines, the HDEP (Heavy-Duty Engine Platform) OM471 from Daimler Truck, which is used in Mercedes-Benz Truck applications.

The oil filter cartridge used in the HEDP application has now been added to UFI’s heavy-duty aftermarket catalogue.

Other manufacturing partnerships include Weichai, MAN, Iveco (on-highway) and New Holland, FPT and SAME Deutz-Fahr (off-highway).
