Bailey Electronics opens new HQ
26 October 2026
On October 8th, Bailey International celebrated the grand opening of the Electronics Division’s new headquarters in Victoria, BC, Canada, with a ribbon cutting and facility tours. The more than 30,000-sq.-ft. facility brings the electronics division together in a single location.

“Bringing the electronics team together in one headquarters strengthens how we serve our customers and support our people,” said Darren Lockyer, vice president of Electronics at Bailey International. “As part of Bailey, we’re proud to keep investing and building for the future right here in our community.”
The Electronics Division produces joysticks, handles and electronic controls used across construction, agriculture, transportation and other industries. Consolidating the division in Victoria creates a shared headquarters for the people who develop and support those solutions, the company noted.
“We see real potential to improve operator experience, efficiency and safety while simplifying product configuration and supply chains,” said Nicholas Whyte, new product development manager at Bailey. “We’re looking for OEM partners to help us test and validate where this technology can deliver the most value.”
Neda Bagheri, project manager for Bailey, oversaw construction of the new facility throughout its build-out from January 26 to June 30, 2026. “This new headquarters build-out was such a meaningful experience, and I’m really grateful to be part of a team that supports each other and keeps things moving forward,” he stated. “It’s been one of those projects that reminds you how much can happen when the right people work together.”
