Bonfiglioli has unveiled a series of next-generation technologies leveraging electrical solutions for construction and agricultural vehicles.

Looking at the construction sector, the Italian company has released new hardware intended to electrify auxiliary functions on both mini- and midi-excavators.

The lineup included an electrified version of the 700TE Series swing drive intended for ultra-compact machines. Features include an electromagnetic brake, together with speed and temperature sensors.

There is also an electric motor for the BPM Series pump drives which features permanent magnets with SAW connections. The system further adds two inverters for motor control.

There are also solutions for compact track loaders, including a planetary track drive paired with a high-power density electric motor. This unit has the option of including sensors in the gear motor to deliver machine operation data.

Bonfiglioli has also introduced 600 and 700 Series track drives for agricultural applications which feature low-voltage permanent magnet motors (48 and 96 V). The company also offers a range of electrified attachments which offer full function and communication with the operating machine.
