Operational EBITA was up 44%, with a margin of 15.3%, +3.0% year-on-year. Cash flow improved to €164 million (first half 2025: -€168 million).

Commenting on the numbers, CEO and president Kim Fausing, said: “Driven by our commitment to putting customers first, we delivered an excellent first half through strong execution of our LEAP 2030 strategy and the dedication and determination of our global team.
“We continue to see heightened demand in the market for our innovative, competitive and sustainable solutions, with solid growth across our businesses, including data centers.”
Fausing added that the purchase of outstanding minority shares in Semikron Danfoss, together with the purchase of fluid conveyance specialist Alfagomma, will “enhance our resilience and competitiveness.”
While there was also strong growth in the construction and mining markets, it was noted that there is still ‘soft demand’ for large equipment in the agricultural sector.
LEAP 2030 has also served to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions across the Danfoss business, supported in part with the increased use of renewable electricity from 67% to 75%.
Looking forward, it is expected that year-end sales will reach between €9.1 and €10.6 billion, with EBITA increasing to between 14.6% and 15.6% (previously 12.8% to 14.3%).
