Dingli Acquires Interest In Magni Telescopic Handler

Italy’s Magni Telescopic Handler (Magni TH) announced that Chinese lift manufacturer Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co. Ltd (Dingli) has purchased 20% of Magni TH shares. Financial details were not disclosed.

 According to Magni TH, the deal provides an increase of capital for the Italian manufacturer as well as the creation of a Dingli European R&D center, where the two companies will develop new studies and design a full range of telescopic and articulated aerial work platforms (AWPs). This new range will incorporate new design concepts intended to substantially improve performance, the companies said.

As part of the agreement, Dingli will sell the full range of Magni TH products through its distribution network in China. Dingli domestic production includes three facilities with 200 000 m2 surface area and a total investment in assets exceeding US$86 million.
