New VP For AGCO In South America

AGCO announced that Werner Santos has been named vice president of Sales and Marketing for South America. He will be responsible for defining and promoting sales and marketing strategies for the short, medium and long terms and will also be in charge of improving strategies surrounding the introduction of new products and the development of products and dealers. Santos will report directly to Robert Crain, senior vice-president for Americas.
Santos returns to AGCO after five years as commercial director at John Deere in Brazil, followed by three years at Grupo Rezek, which represents Deere and other manufacturers in the region.
Prior to that, he spent 23 years at AGCO as vice president of sales and marketing.
