Stateline Power Corp., the Greenville, Ohio, manufacturer of purpose-built generators for onsite continuous, emergency standby and mobile applications, has acquired Gemrik USA, LLC, a supplier of diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) and lubricant storage and dispensing systems. No financial details were provided.

Founded in 2010, Gemrik USA provides fluid storage and dispensing technology for private and national fleets, mining, agriculture and other markets throughout the U.S. and Canada.

“The acquisition by Stateline Power Corp. will enhance Gemrik USA’s ability to continue providing quality and affordable DEF storage and dispensing solutions, expand our marketing and distribution footprints and offer advanced product innovations,” said Rick Hagler, co-founder of Gemrik USA. “We are very excited about this acquisition and the continued growth opportunities it provides for the Gemrik USA brand.”

Hagler will maintain an active presence during the immediate transition and will later shift to product and sales consultative support, Stateline Power said.

Stateline Power has manufactured Gemrik products for the past three years and a portion of its facility is dedicated to producing Gemrik USA DEF shelters and Pro Storage Solution units.
