Carolin Wolfsdörfer has taken over the management of Zeppelin Power Systems. She assumed her new role as of August 1 following the decision by the supervisory board of the Zeppelin Group to make the appointment on July 24.

Wolfsdörfer takes over after the departure of Eva-Maria Graf at the beginning of the year. Alexandra Mebus, CHRO of the Zeppelin Group, took over on an interim basis.

“With Carolin Wolfsdörfer, we are gaining an experienced leader with strategic foresight and pronounced implementation skills. I am convinced that Zeppelin Power Systems will lead safely and future-oriented through the current transformation phase,” said Mebus.

Wolfsdörfer was appointed to the management board in April 1, 2025. The engineer previously worked for the ZF Group for more than 38 years, where she built and managed plants in the US and other regions. She brings extensive experience in the areas of drive technology, engineering, control, production and business development.

In her new role, Wolfsdörfer will report directly to Patrick van Alem, CEO of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Power Systems. Van Alem took over the management of the SBU at the beginning of June as part of the acquisition of PEPP Group BV.
