Apollo introduces AWE 733 flotation tyres

Apollo Tyres has extended its product lineup for mobile excavators with the addition of its new AWE 733 flotation tyre.
The new tyre was developed for construction and other applications where reduced ground pressure and reliable off-highway performance are required.

As such, the new tyre can minimise surface compaction, while delivering traction and durability.
Key features include a wide flotation tread pattern with rounded lugs and shoulders. The steel-belted bias construction adds stability while lifting and digging. A ‘robust’ carcass and steel breaker provide protection against cuts and punctures.
Bernhard Schmolz, division head, OHT Europe, said: “The AWE 733 flotation tyre is an important addition to our proven excavator portfolio. It combines flotation, traction and durability in a purpose-built solution, enabling operators to work productively in challenging conditions while reducing ground impact.”
The AWE 733 is available in 600/50-22.5. The new addition will be available from Q4 2026.
