For 2025, the Agritechnica trade show in Germany will have a new concept for its theme and technical program. With the slogan “7 days - 7 themes,” the event organizers said they will tailor the show’s offering to particular visitor groups on each of the seven days of the show.

Held every two years in Hanover, the event schedule for 9 to 15 November is organized by the DLG (German Agricultural Society).

The organizers said visitors to the event can expect to learn about solutions for agricultural systems that use digital technologies to increase efficiency, sustainability and productivity - key drivers behind the theme “Touch Smart Efficiency.”

Under the theme “Touch Smart Efficiency,” the event will offer visitors access to connected agricultural systems that employ digital technologies to maintain productivity as well as increase efficiency and sustainability for a hands-on, interactive and tangible experience.

Most of the world’s global farm equipment companies are represented at what has been called the world’s largest venue for agricultural decision makers. Stand bookings for the event have been underway since mid-November. Exhibitors cover crop protection from sprayers to drones, tractors to autonomous equipment systems and from combines to digital assistance systems.

In addition, the DLG platform FarmRobotix will be represented at Agritechnica 2025 for the first time and include the new Digital Farm Centre. The FarmRobotix platform will present trends and innovations in robotics, AI, automation, drones and precision farming in crop production.

Agritechnica will also have a revamped Dealer Centre as well as the Science Campus and a dedicated area for startups. Exhibitors can register for these areas.

The “Digital Farm Centre presented by FarmRobotix” was created as a center of excellence at Agritechnica for robotics, automation, AI, drones and precision farming, said DLG. Located in a central place on the exhibition grounds and organized according to core agricultural areas such as harvesting and tillage, the latest technology will be shown in the Digital Farm Center for inspection by attendees. The heart of the Digital Farm Centre is a stage with presentations and examples of developments in digitalization, automation and networking that ultimately help increase efficiency.

Startups

In a dedicated area, startups can present their innovative solutions and pioneering technologies as well as visionary approaches for agriculture. Startups offer fresh ideas and inspiration that can help master current challenges in the industry and make tomorrow’s agriculture more sustainable and digital, said DLG.

Dealer Centre

DLG said agricultural machinery dealers represent the most important link between manufacturers and end customers. The Dealer Centre at Agritechnica, created for dealers from all over the world, will offer the right conditions for discussions, networking and initiating business. An opportunity to expand partnerships, the organizers said the space is designed for easy exchange of information on the latest technology.

Science Campus

The Campus at Agritechnica will be a platform for research, teaching and science where universities, institutes and other educational establishments present their current projects and latest findings. Offering students, specialists and interested parties the opportunity to identify new career opportunities, the Campus also presents training programs and the latest scientific developments in agriculture.

Systems & Components

Whether tractor, implement or robot – a machine consists of multiple components that are selected and assembled into a final product – from hydraulic cylinders to the latest electronic developments.

Systems & Components is an integral part of the Agritechnica trade show that offers the business-to-business marketplace for the international supplier industry of agricultural machinery and the off-highway sector.

Under the theme “Touch Smart Efficiency,” engineers, developers, researchers, procurement managers, dealers, spare parts managers, OEMs and associations will be able to use the space to discover developments in the field of components for agricultural machinery and the entire off-highway sector.

The focus will be on the topics of “Environment and Safety,” “Innovative Drive Technologies,” “Networking and Automation” and “Digital Services.”
