03 July 2018

Fairbanks Morse announced key organizational changes that the company said are designed to align its strategic vision for the remainder of 2018 and beyond.

Deepak Navnith was named president, replacing Marvin Riley, who served as president of Fairbanks Morse since 2012 and will continue in his role as chief operating officer of EnPro Industries (Fairbanks Morse’s parent company). Navnith was named Fairbanks Morse’s vice president of operations in 2016 and prior to joining the company held executive positions with Toyota and McKinsey & Co.

Kimberly Getgen was named vice president of sales and marketing and is responsible for all selling and marketing functions across the marine segment, services and solutions segments, inside sales, product management, marketing communication, and public relations. She has been with the company since 2017, having spent the majority of her 20-year career in Silicon Valley.

Eddy Echagarruga joined the company as director of Services and Solutions and will lead all sales and service delivery efforts, including parts, services, technical services, training and solutions businesses.

David Santamaria was named vice president and general manager of the Energy Segment. He will build on recent success in the commercial power generation markets and the launch of the Trident OP product line, the company said.

Matt Wisniewski is director of product marketing and oversees product marketing, sales enablement, product management, marketing communications and technical publications.
