New head of sales, Europe, for Case Construction Equipment

Case Construction Equipment has announced the appointment of Francesca Asteggiano as the new Head of Sales for Construction Brands Europe at CNH, effective as of 30th October 2025.

Asteggiano brings over 17 years of experience in the B2B sector, with a background in strategic and commercial leadership. She will be responsible for supporting the Case dealer network and driving growth across European markets.
“I’m honoured to take on this new role and excited to work closely with our dealer network to strengthen our brand and deliver value to our customers,” said Asteggiano.
She added that the OEM was focused on continuing to build a “strong and competitive presence across Europe.”
CNH has two construction brands: Case Construction Equipment and New Holland. The company is ranked as one of the world’s 20 biggest construction OEMs in International Construction’s Yellow Table.
