Load Sensing Sectional Valve

Premium Content

02 October 2018

The new Eaton CLS 180 load sensing sectional mobile hydraulic valve is a post-compensated valve incorporating what the company said is a highly versatile design.

The modularity of the design is demonstrated through the availability of valve banks with up to 10 sections, several spool types and actuation options, mid-inlets, custom inlet manifolds and transition plates.

The CLS 180 is available in four frame sizes. With this flexibility, Eaton said designers can build the valve to meet the specific requirements of machines ranging from various sizes of excavators to refuse trucks, truck mounted cranes and more.

The new product has a rated pressure inlet of 5076 psi (350 bar) and a rated inlet flow of 58.1 gpm (220 lpm).
