MAN Engines and the Ferretti Group have signed to renew their successful collaboration for a further three years. MAN Engines will be supplying its entire range of engines for the different brands owned by the Italian luxury yacht manufacturer. The agreement includes all series from the smallest six-cylinder inline i6-730 engine to eight-cylinder vee configuration units and through to the most powerful 12-cylinder vee configuration V12-2000 engine. The MAN engines cover the entire power range from 537 to 1,471 kW (730 to 2,000 hp), which means equipping boat sizes from 55 to 120 feet (17 to 37 metres). MAN Engines will therefore be supplying several brands in the Ferretti Group: Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Itama, Riva, and Custom Line.

“We would like to thank the Ferretti Group for its faith in our products and we are looking forward to growing together,” commented Dr Matthias Schreiber, head of MAN Engines.
