Volvo Penta recognizes top distributors

Volvo Penta recently hosted its Industrial Distributor Meeting in Florida, bringing together partners from across North America to align on strategic priorities as well as recognize top-performing distributors, it stated.

As part of the annual meeting, Volvo Penta recognized its top-performing distributors for their exceptional achievements in 2024. This included recognizing Mississauga, Canada-based Wajax as both Distributor of the Year and for Top Sales – Industrial Engine Parts.
In accepting the Distributor of the Year award, Joe Di Pede, vice president of Powertrain, Wajax, said the company is honored by the recognition. He added: “This award reflects the strength of our partnership and our shared commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance power solutions to customers across Canada. Working closely with Volvo Penta enables us to bring industry-leading innovation, service and support to the industrial market — and we look forward to building on that success in the years ahead.”
Volvo Penta also recognized Atlantic Detroit Diesel Allison with the Service Excellence Award and Interstate Industrial Systems for Top Sales – Industrial Engines.
“We’re proud to honor these exceptional partners who have demonstrated leadership, dedication and strong execution throughout the year,” said Bill Pacey, director of Industrial Distribution, Volvo Penta North America. “These awards reflect the strength of our distributor network and the shared commitment to delivering high-performance power solutions and support to our customers.”
He went on to express the company’s “appreciation to its entire industrial distribution network for their continued trust and collaboration.”
“Together, we look forward to another strong year of powering progress,” he concluded.
