Welter Named Elkhart Plastics Marketing Manager

Elkhart Plastics Inc. has hired Hilary Welter to fill its newly created marketing manager position.
Her responsibilities include overseeing marketing efforts for EPI’s custom rotomolding business as well as its Kong Coolers product line including strategic initiatives, brand management and corporate identity.
Welter has more than five years of experience creating and directing marketing campaigns. Previously, she served as the marketing and research coordinator for North American Retail Hardware Association.
She is based in the South Bend, Ind., corporate office, and is the daughter of EPI President and CEO Jack Welter. He joined the company in 1990.
“I’m thrilled to join the team, and I’m eager to use my experience to strengthen and grow the Elkhart Plastics and Kong Coolers brands,” said Hilary Welter. “It will be rewarding to work alongside my dad and help strengthen the company he’s been a part of for my entire life.”
