Weldall Manufacturing Inc. announced plans for a 52,300 sq. ft. expansion at its headquarters in Waukesha, Wis. The company, which specializes in heavy fabrications for industries such as the construction, material handing and mining equipment markets, said the facility upgrade reflects its long-term growth strategy and commitment to investing in operational capacity and workforce development.

The planned addition will include expanded manufacturing space, new locker rooms, and additional office space, enhancing production capabilities and the day-to-day experience for Weldall’s team. The project will bring the main facility’s footprint to over 226,000 sq. ft.

“This is an exciting step forward for our company,” said David Bahl Jr., plant manager and owner of Weldall. “We’re seeing strong demand across industries, and this expansion allows us to continue delivering the quality, speed, and service our customers rely on, while giving our employees the space and support they deserve.”

Weldall currently operates two plants at its Waukesha location and a third plant in Slinger, Wis. The additional space at its headquarters is expected to allow for improved workflow, better equipment layout, and increased efficiency across departments. It is also expected to create new opportunities for hiring and training as Weldall continues investing in the next generation of skilled trades professionals.

As a family-owned manufacturer founded in 1973, Weldall said it is focused on serving customers across the United States and internationally. Construction on the new addition is expected to begin by the end of summer 2025.
