LGMG introduces 40m boom

Premium Content

LGMG has launched a new high-capacity telescopic boom lift.

The 40.2m working height T38J-H improves on the performance of the current H-series, with a X-type expandable chassis system, making the machine more stable and flexible in passing through tight areas, as well as easier to transport.

Another innovation is the adoption of magnetostrictive displacement sensors for precise and reliable control.

The diesel-powered T38J-H, which is also available as an electric lithium battery version, has four boom sections move synchronously, greatly improving the working efficiency.

Topping out LGMG’s H-series, the T38J-H has an horizontal outreach of 23.5m to complement the working height.

It has a large platform, measuring 2.44m x 0.91m with triple entry and a dual capacity of 450/300kg, which can accommodate materials and up to three people at the same time, allowing the machine to adapt to complex working sites.

With the same advantages as the current H-series models, the T38J-H also offers three steering modes; front-wheel, crab and four-wheel steering for greater flexibility in narrow spaces.

The four-wheel drive and full-time oscillating axle provide strong power and smooth transmission. The chassis has atilt angle of 5 degrees tilt and 45% gradeability.

The twin electric T38JE, driven by large-capacity lithium batteries, features low-noise, zero-emission and free maintenance.

LGMG said this new working height of over 40m, makes its product line more complete. “With the expansion of aerial work applications, the requirements for the flexibility and adaptability of machines are getting higher and higher.”
