Donaldson appoints president of Industrial Solutions

Donaldson Company, Inc., a global provider of filtration products and solutions, has announced the appointment of Jeff Stierman as president of its Industrial Solutions segment, effective Nov. 2, 2026. The segment delivers equipment, components, filters and service to industries ranging from manufacturing to energy.

Stierman brings more than 25 years of finance, operations and business experience to his new role. From 2000 to 2018, he held general manager roles across several Donaldson businesses including Liquid Filtration, Aerospace and Defense and Advanced Filtration Systems, Inc. (AFSI). He went on to serve as general manager of multiple Parker Hannifin businesses, including Mobile OE, and Bioscience and Water Filtration.

Stierman rejoined Donaldson in 2025 and currently serves as senior vice president of Business Operations, leading environmental health and safety (EHS), procurement, supply chain, manufacturing excellence, facilities, customer service, engineering and laboratories. He will continue to oversee Business Operations until a successor is named.
