03 August 2017
The Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA), the Commercial Vehicle Division of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA), has announced it will include OEM-Supplier Manufacturer plant tours as a new conference element at its 6th annual Off-Highway Dialogue.
This year’s Off-Highway Dialogue will be held Thursday, Oct. 12 at the Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf in Bettendorf, Iowa. The location accommodates plant tours of John Deere facilities within the Quad Cities area for supplier manufacturer executives.
Attendees of Off-Highway Dialogue will be able to choose between a tour of the John Deere Seeding Group and John Deere Davenport Works plants on the morning of Oct. 12th, with roundtrip transportation provided.
After the tours, attendees will return to the conference center for a networking lunch and programming that includes a global industry overview by Ann Duignan of JP Morgan, and an emerging technologies panel featuring several technology experts from the agriculture, mining, construction, and industrial equipment sectors. The day will conclude with a keynote address by a top off-highway OEM industry executive.
The conference’s afternoon speakers and panel participants will be announced in the coming weeks.
