The GEP7.3 combines a brushless DC electric motor, variable speed drive and hydraulic radial piston pump into a single unit. It is compact, lightweight and user friendly, making it suited for truck equipment, construction machinery, industrial and other applications. It offers a displacement of 7.3 cu. cm/rev, a rated voltage of 12, 24, 48, 96 or 400 Vdc and variable speeds between 300 and 3,500 rpm.

The unit’s internal oil circulation provides optimal motor cooling, enabling continuous operation. It can also be submerged (excluding the drive) into the oil tank.

The flow/pressure curve is programmable upon request to adapt to the available electrical power on the application via CANopen or a potentiometer. Multiple electric pump units can be connected together for greater flexibility.

The Internal EGP is an electrohydraulic power unit designed to deliver a quiet, efficient solution for commercial vehicle, mobile hydraulic and industrial equipment applications. Its compact, modular design combines a three‑phase brushless ME175 electric motor with an internal gear pump, enabling quick and optimized integration into a range of hydraulic applications.

The pump side offers available displacements of 3.6 / 5.2 / 6.4 / 8.2 / 10.2 cc/rev and maximum continuous pressure of 330 bar (345 bar peak). It has maximum flow up to 36 lpm depending on the version and a maximum rotational speed of 3,600 rpm.

The motor side offers voltages of 24, 48 or 96 Vdc with others available on request. Maximum current is 230 to 453 A depending on configuration.
