Kraft Fluid Systems Inc. has entered the Wisconsin market by acquiring Dynacom Inc. in Cedarburg, Wis. This move expands the company’s hydraulic component sales and service territory to 12 states largely in the Midwest.

Kraft Fluid Systems, a mobile hydraulic company, on Sept. 1, acquired the assets of Dynacom Inc., a hydraulic sales and service company primarily focused on Torque-Hub final drives and custom gearing manufactured by Oerlikon Fairfield of Lafayette, Ind. Oerlikon Fairfield manufactures planetary drives, drop boxes, right angle drives, transfer cases, specialty transmissions, differentials, and custom drive assemblies for mobile equipment and stationary industrial machinery.

For more than 40 years, Kraft Fluid Systems has been one of Oerlikon Fairfield’s largest and longest standing industrial distributors and authorized service centers for Torque-Hub products and assemblies. Kraft stocks more than $1 million worth of Torque-Hub inventory and parts – the largest inventory in the United States, according to Kraft.

“We are pleased to now service clients in Wisconsin” said Diane Baker, CEO of Kraft Fluid Systems Inc. “This opportunity allows us to better serve a greater footprint of customers that require mobile hydraulic expertise as well as strengthens our position as the top distributor of Torque-Hub products in the country.”

Kraft’s plans include a dedicated sales office and staff to meet the needs of Wisconsin mobile machinery OEM companies in the state, many of which are current Dynacom clients.

“Our partnership with Kraft Fluid Systems extends more than 40 years,” says John Grabner, director of product line sales for Oerlikon Fairfield. “They have consistently demonstrated their commitment to hydraulic drive and drive systems by investing in training, education, experience, inventory, and a state-of-the-art service facility. They are clearly a value-add for our mutual customers and support our goal of being experts in the field.”

Kraft Fluid Systems will add additional hydraulic component lines to represent throughout Wisconsin, enabling them to offer clients complete integrated solutions.
