Spartan Motors To Build More Isuzu Trucks

Spartan Motors, Inc. announced an expansion of its relationship with Isuzu North America Corp., as it has been selected to produce the Isuzu F-Series truck. This new contract builds on the relationship that began in 2011 with Spartan’s assembly of Isuzu N-Series gas trucks.
The F-Series marks an expansion of Isuzu’s product offering into Class 6 on-highway commercial truck segment. To support production of the new Isuzu vehicle, a new plant will be added to the Spartan portfolio and Charlotte. Mich., campus. The 85,000 sq. ft. facility will be dedicated solely to production of Isuzu products.
