Leadership change for Modine Performance Technologies

Modine, a diversified provider of thermal management technology and solutions, has announced the pending departure of Adrian I. Peace, president of its Performance Technologies segment, effective September 30, 2025.

Peace joined Modine in August 2021 as vice president, Commercial Industrial Solutions, and was named to the current role with Performance Technologies in March 2022.

Neil D. Brinker, Modine’s president and CEO, will assume leadership of the business segment on an interim basis. The company plans to initiate a comprehensive search for Peace’s successor.

In a statement, Brinker thanked Peace for his leadership and service to the company. He went on to state that Modine’s strategy is to reposition the Performance Technologies segment – which designs and manufactures air- and liquid-cooled technology for vehicular, stationary power and industrial applications – towards a “higher growth, higher margin mix of business.”

“The business segment has a deep and experienced leadership team, and I look forward to working closely with them as we continue to execute our strategic plans,” said Brinker. “Performance Technologies remains on track to deliver strong financial results, including our financial goal of achieving 15% to 18% adjusted EBITDA margins over the next two years.”
