With the goal of getting the most performance from your engine, Rehlko is to present new aftermarket fluids at Bauma 2025.

The new products include Xtreme Conditions motor oil. This offers a series of benefits, including protection against soot agglomeration which could lead to deposit formation and wear on internal engine parts. The oil maintains its viscosity over a broad temperature range, while offering ‘exceptional’ oxidation’ control, which can help to reduce running costs.

Rehlko will also present its new Xtended Life coolant product. Pre-mixed 50/50 with high-purity water, the product is based on Organic Additive technology. As part of this, the coolant does not have any borate, nitrite, amine, phosphate or silicate. Conveniently, the formulation does not require the use of supplemental antifreeze/coolant additives or extenders.

Xtreme Conditions motor oil and Xtended Life coolant is available in a range of quantities, from five litres (case of four) through to 209 litre quantities. The oil product is also offered in 1,000-litre quantities.

Rehlko has a standard warranty period of three years or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. An extended warranty package is also available, with options of four years/3,000 hours and five years/4,000 hours, whichever comes first.

The company notes that to maintain warranty validity, all maintenance and repairs must be performed using genuine spare parts, including oil and coolant.

If a warranty claim arises during the extended warranty period due solely to the use of oil and/or coolant, and the customer has complied with all additional standard warranty requirements - including the exclusive use of Rehlko oil and coolant from the time of purchase - the warranty claim will be honored. For clarity, the extended warranty must be purchased at the time of engine purchase and cannot be added later.

If a warranty claim arises during the extended warranty period due solely to the use of oil and/or coolant, and all other standard warranty requirements have been met except for the exclusive use of Rehlko oil or coolant, Rehlko reserves the right to conduct a detailed analysis of the non-Rehlko oil used. If the analysis determines that the non-Rehlko oil does not meet the required specifications outlined in the engine’s manual, the warranty may be denied.
