29 October 2024
New Holland is set to showcase its full line of agricultural equipment, together with a series of new products at EIMA International, which will be held at Fiere Bologna in Italy, 6-10 November.
Leading off the new machine launches, New Holland will hold the world premiere its new T5 Dual Command tractors. The first production model to feature the brand’s new styling (which was previewed on the T7 Methane Power concept), these also offer additional hydraulic capacity, factory-fitted loaders and a choice of front axles, plus telematics and auto guidance driven by full connectivity.
There will also be a European premiere of the New Holland FR Forage Cruiser, a self-propelled forage harvester. Features of this new machine include the CropSpeed system which helps operators to maximise throughput potential. The system received an honourable mention at the EIMA Technical Innovation awards.
The FR Forage Cruiser further offers and updated cab with 12.5% more floorspace, enhanced visibility and lower cab noise (-2.5 dB) achieved by using double-glazed front and rear windows and sound-dampening materials.
Also new is the latest addition to the TH telehandler range, the TH6.26. With a width of 1,890 mm, this has a maximum lift weight of 2,600 kg. It also offers a reduced outside turning radius over the TH5.26 that it replaces.
Other recent launches which will be on display include the CR11 combine, which will be presented with a new 15m (50 feet) draper header manufactured by MacDon, which further adds a NutriSense real-time nutrient analysis technology. Other harvesting products include the BigBaler 1290 High Density and ProBelt 190 round baler.
Tractors on show will include the New Holland T7.340 HD with PLM Intelligence, plus the T7.300 range flagship. The T6.180 Methane Power tractor with DCT transmission will also be on the stand.
