Bosch Rexroth, HydraForce join forces at Bauma

Bosch Rexroth and Hydraforce at Bauma 2025

Bosch Rexroth, a global supplier of drive and control technologies, and its subsidiary HydraForce, a designer and manufacturer of motion control systems, will showcase customized compact hydraulic solutions for OEM customers in the construction industry at Bauma 2025 in Munich, Germany, April 7-13.

Luca Roffi, global vice president Sales, Bosch Rexroth Compact Hydraulics, said the companies’ collaborative participation at Bauma 2025 will highlight the synergy achieved by aligning the companies’ engineering strengths and global distribution network. He added that the companies will “present an integrated range of hydraulic solutions based on advanced manufacturing capabilities and deep industry expertise” during the event.

The companies’ stand will include live demonstrations of compact hydraulics products from a full lineup of hydraulic control solutions. Products to be featured include:

  • Load holding valves: These compact, energy-efficient valves are designed to optimize load management, reduce wear and enhance operational stability. They are suited for mobile machines such as mini-excavators, loaders and other construction equipment, as well as agricultural and material handling equipment.
  • H-Valve and E-Valve range: Suited for 3- to-50-ton excavators, the H-valve is designed to improve fuel efficiency by minimizing pressure drops. The E-valve range introduces electronic control for precise movements and reduced cycle times. A “ghost mode” on the E-valve range also optimizes energy consumption.
  • EHBL digital boom control valve and HF-Impulse 2.0: HydraForce’s EHBL valve is an electro-proportional relief solution that offers optimal flow capacity (up to 454 l/min) and reduced energy consumption. When paired with the HF-Impulse 2.0 software tool, OEMs can program controllers to streamline development and maintenance.
  • EDG-OBE piloted compact directional valves: Bosch Rexroth’s modular EDG-OBE compact directional valves with integrated electronics are designed to provide high precision and reliability for applications like aerial platforms, forklifts and agricultural cranes.
  • Oil condition sensor in partnership with Tan Delta Systems: This sensor from HydraForce enables real-time oil quality monitoring for proactive maintenance.
