The update enables customers with factory maintenance plans to add scheduled service parts to their cart and purchase them online.
The company said the integration is intended to simplify fleet maintenance by linking machine data with ordering and service records.
Operations Center users can now review and save factory-recommended or customised maintenance plans, log completed tasks with cost and documentation details, and track machine service history in one interface.
The system also allows customers and their approved dealers or independent service providers to jointly monitor and manage maintenance schedules.
The new ordering capability is also available through the John Deere Equipment mobile application.
